Of course you are, it’s your website and you paid for the theme, so go ahead – make a profit.

Is this theme compatible with WordpressMU?
Yes, to ensure full compatibility, we developed this theme on the WordpressMU platform, later switching over to the standard Wordpress platform.

Why are my images squashed/stretched?
You need to be using rectangular images to avoid any distortion on your images or thumbnails. A perfect dimension for all of your images would be 470*300px.

Do I need to use an FTP client to install this theme?
No, just use the Wordpress theme uploader (Appearance > Add New Themes) to browse to your chosen theme, click to upload, and enjoy your purchase.

Do you provide any user information with this theme?
Yes, within the theme options pages you will see links directing you to a PDF user guide that will explain the themes features and how to use them on a daily basis.

How do I add widgets that I can see on the demo?
Just visit the widgets page (Appearance > Widgets) and drag n’ drop any of our 8 custom-coded widgets. Each widget can be used more than once too!

Do all source files come provided with this theme?
Yes, all PSD source files are provided to enable you to modify graphical elements of the theme using Adobe Photoshop. All relevant font files are also provided.

I’m using Internet Explorer 6 and the theme isn’t working properly?
That is correct, we no longer support Internet Explorer 6 as it is vastly out-dated and hugely insecure. We suggest you upgrade to either Internet Explorer 7 or 8, or preferebly another browser such as Firefox, Chrome, Opera, or Safari.

My Wordpress theme uploader isn’t working, can you help?
You need to know your hosting space login information and fill in the fields that show up on the theme upload screen (Appearance > Add New Themes). Ask your host if you do not know this information (it is usually the same information as your cPanel login). Some hosts also require the correct permissions being manually set on some folders, use an FTP client or your hosting cPanel to set permissions on “wp-content” and “wp-content/themes” folders to 777.

How can I make my blog look just like your demo?
Use the provided dummy contents XML file (Tools > Import) to import our demo’s contents. You just need to drag n’ drop some widgets to finish the process.

Are there any plugins required to use this theme?
No, everything is contained within the theme itself, you can of course add plugins yourself to enhance your blog even further (such as forums using the provided ‘Forum’ page template), but no plugins are required to use this theme.

Does this theme work on a Wordpress.com account?
No, this theme will only work on self-hosted Wordpress installations.

Do you offer a customization service?
Unfortunately we do not provide a customization service, but all relevant source files are provided for you to customize yourself, or hire someone else to do it for you.

Adding a video widget invalidates the code, any suggestions?
Yes, we strongly recommend you use this service that will validate your YouTube embed codes.

Am I able to remove the footer credit links?
No, it is strictly forbidden to remove our footer credits unless you have purchased the ‘Unbranded’ version of the theme (which contains a credits editor built-in).

Am I able to modify the theme source code to suit my needs?
Yes. We have formatted the source code so it is suitable for use with Macromedia Dreamweaver, making it a piece of cake to modify to suit your specific requirements. The code is commented throughout and clearly written.

Can I get support if I have modified the theme source code?
No, we reserve the right to refuse support if the theme source code has been modified in any way. We support our themes 100%, but only our source code is supported as we are not responsible for any modifications made to the theme after purchase has been made. Re-install the theme in it’s original state and if the problem(s) persists we will then issue you with a fix as soon as possible.

Is this theme compatible with all versions of Wordpress?
We strongly recommend you upgrade to the very latest version of Wordpress to ensure full compatibility, but the theme should work fine on all versions of Wordpress/WordpressMU 2.5+.

Is there any encoding within this theme?
To better protect our work we release two versions of each theme, one with encoded credits (Branded version) and one with no encoding at all (Unbranded version). You can of course, upgrade from the branded version at a later date should you wish to choose to.

What license do you sell themes under?
